The stay: sleeps 11, feels like home

At roughly 10,000 sq ft, Casa Nakhla has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping 11 in real beds — a king suite, two queen rooms, a third queen room, and a bunk room — and stretching to 16 with air mattresses at $50 per extra guest, per night. Three living rooms and a game room with a pool table and arcade basketball give every generation somewhere to spread out, and a whole-house backup generator plus a 1,000-gallon water reserve mean an island power blip doesn't interrupt the trip.

Shared meals, made easy

The full chef's kitchen and kitchenette handle a crowd, and the outdoor propane grill and bar are set up for a long, lazy family cookout. If nobody wants to cook, one of the hosts' vetted private chefs can come do it for you — booked and paid directly with the chef, per plate. Grocery pick-up and fridge stocking is a $50-per-stay add-on (free on stays of 7+ nights): send the list, and the fridge is stocked before you arrive.

The difference between a stay and an approved event

Your registered stay covers everyone sleeping over — up to 16 with air mattresses. If you also want to invite day guests who aren't staying overnight, that always requires our prior written approval, typically up to about 5 people with notice. A bigger family gathering than that — a big cousins' cookout, rented tables and a DJ, entertainment beyond the registered party — becomes a full approved event with its own written event agreement, quoted personally the same way a wedding or celebration is.
