Before you book
A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is collected with your booking and returned within 5 days after checkout, minus any damages. Cancellations: cancel 60 or more days before arrival and we retain a 25% reservation deposit, refunding everything else — inside 60 days, payments made are non-refundable. Your damage deposit is always returned in full if you cancel before check-in. Full detail in the terms & cancellation policy and the house rules, both of which form part of the rental agreement you e-sign before arrival.
