We've hosted baby showers, bridal showers, and birthdays on this terrace — mom-to-be under the string lights, guests lining up for the photo booth, custom favors laid out on a tablescape with the Atlantic behind it. The layout is flexible: brunch under the tent, drinks and mingling at the outdoor bar, games and photos on the lawn, dancing on the terrace once the sun goes down.
The simplest version: Family Day Escape
For a straightforward daytime celebration, the Family Day Escape gives you the whole estate for $1,000 a day — no overnight stay needed. That covers the heated pool with waterslide, the hot tub, the outdoor bar, the grill, and every terrace, all with the 180° Atlantic view behind you.
When it's bigger than a day pass
A milestone birthday with real décor, catering, and a real guest list; an anniversary with dancing until curfew; a shower with rented tables and a coordinator — those scale up to the same tent-ready terrace used for weddings, for up to 60 guests, with a music curfew at 10 PM under the event agreement. Vendors get access to the kitchen for catering, and we coordinate directly with your planner or caterer. Every celebration at this scale is quoted personally, and every one requires our written approval and a signed event agreement — there are no unapproved parties here.

Can we bring our own decorator or caterer?+
Yes — we coordinate directly with your planner, caterer, and other vendors. Kitchen access during an event is limited to catering staff, and a vendor list is due in advance under the event agreement.
Is there a guest limit for a bigger celebration?+
For larger celebrations we can host up to 60 guests on the tent-ready terrace, with the exact number set in writing in your event agreement.
Do we need approval even for a small family birthday?+
Any gathering with guests beyond your registered stay needs our written approval first — there are no unapproved parties, regardless of size.
