The heated pool and waterslide

The pool runs heated to roughly 84°F every day, for every guest — it's always on, nothing to request. The full-size waterslide needs two pool valves plus a red valve at the base of the slide opened to flow; if water won't start, the hosts can raise the pool pump remotely. Slide rules: 120 lbs limit, one person at a time, adult supervision, no diving anywhere on the property.

Three soaking spots — kept straight

These three get confused constantly, so worth saying plainly: the spillway is a water feature, not a jacuzzi, and it isn't heated unless requested on a 7+ night stay. The terrace hot tub is a different physical tub, gated to the paid packages above. The downstairs jacuzzi is a third, separate tub, private to that one suite, filled manually rather than always running.

The kiddie splash zone

An inflatable mega waterpark goes up on the lawn as part of the Kids' Package ($200/stay) — set up for three full days of your choosing, either the first three or last three days of the trip. It's built for ages 5–10, up to 5 kids at a time, 100 lbs per child, with adult supervision required.

Rinse off outside

An outdoor rain shower sits right by the pool, so sand, sunscreen and chlorine stay outside instead of tracking through the house.

No lifeguard, and hands off the equipment

It's a private pool with no lifeguard on staff — adults supervise kids around the water the same way they would at home. And the pool machinery and valves are never something guests should adjust themselves; if something's not working the way it should, the hosts are a call away.
