The outdoor bar
Stone counters, a professional-grade fridge, a sink, bar equipment and an ice bin sit under cover on the terrace, with a professional ice maker turning out 225 lbs of ice a day. Full access to the bar setup — plus an extra bathroom right there so no one has to walk back to the main house — comes with the Chill Package ($150/stay), and is bundled into the Combo ($250) and Ultimate Outdoor ($500) packages too.

The grill
A propane grill, with the hosts supplying the tanks. Plan on about 10–15 minutes for it to heat up before you start cooking.
The gazebo and covered terrace dining
A shaded gazebo lounge sits by the pool deck with its own power for lights and a TV, and a covered outdoor dining pavilion gives the group a table with an ocean horizon behind it — rain or shine. It's a real outdoor room, not just an umbrella over a table.

Two kitchens indoors
A full chef's kitchen with double ovens and an induction stove, plus a second kitchenette, mean two people can cook at the same time without getting in each other's way — useful when one household wants breakfast while another is prepping a beach-day lunch.
Seating, honestly
The bar counter has stools for pulling up a seat, and the covered terrace table and the outdoor dining pavilion give the group a real place to eat together outside. We don't have an exact head count to publish for either — for a group with a specific number in mind, ask us and we'll tell you straight whether it fits comfortably.
Private chef & bartender options
The hosts keep a short list of vetted private chefs guests can book directly — priced per plate, usually with a service charge plus a deposit that goes toward the total. Options include Chef Tyler, Chef Stephan Vulliet, Chef Edgardo Medina, Neyla Mendez (authentic Puerto Rican catering), and Chef Shem. We don't keep a separate published list for private bartenders the way we do for chefs — if that's what your group wants, ask the hosts and they'll point you to someone they trust.
