A grand entrance down the staircase, choreography space on the tent-ready terrace, and 180° of Atlantic behind every photo — the estate is built for the moments a quinceañera is actually about. The outdoor bar handles refreshments for family and guests, and the heated pool and pool deck give the court somewhere to cool off between photos and dancing.
Supervision and noise, honestly
- Standard quiet hours at the villa are 10 PM to 8 AM; on an event day, the event agreement sets the music curfew — off at 10 PM, bar closed, guests departing by 10:30, vendors clear by 11:30.
- Whoever books is personally responsible for supervising everyone present, including the court, family, and any vendors, for the whole event.
- Day visitors who aren't staying overnight — extended family dropping by, for example — always need our prior written approval, typically up to about 5 with notice.
- Alcohol service is the renter's responsibility, including keeping it away from anyone under the legal drinking age.
Stay the whole weekend
If you'd rather not drive home after the party, the estate sleeps 11 in real beds — a king suite, two queen rooms, a third queen room, and a bunk room — and stretches to 16 with air mattresses at $50 per extra guest, per night. A quinceañera pairs naturally with the same Celebration Package used for weddings: a multi-night stay plus the event itself, quoted personally for your date.
