Stock up before the hill
Casa Nakhla sits up in the hills of Camuy, so the easiest plan is to stop for groceries on the way in rather than making a separate trip once you're settled. Flying into Aguadilla (BQN), Supermercado Econo in Camuy or the Hatillo Kash N' Karry on PR-2 are both close to the route in; landing at San Juan (SJU) puts you on the road for well over an hour regardless, so either supermarket works as a last stop before the turn up to the villa.
