Stock up before the hill
Casa Nakhla sits up in the hills of Camuy, so the easiest plan is to stop for groceries on the way in rather than making a separate trip once you're settled. Flying into Aguadilla (BQN), Supermercado Econo in Camuy or the Hatillo Kash N' Karry on PR-2 are both close to the route in; landing at San Juan (SJU) puts you on the road for well over an hour regardless, so either supermarket works as a last stop before the turn up to the villa.

For a full week feeding a group of 11 to 16, Walmart Supercenter and Sam's Club in Hatillo (about 15–20 minutes away) are built for a bulk run — carts, cases of water, the works. For a quick top-up of milk, coffee or something you forgot, Supermercado Econo in Camuy is closer and simpler; Kash N' Karry (about 10–15 minutes) is the middle ground if Econo doesn't have what you need.
