Why booking direct actually saves money
Airbnb bakes its host fee into the nightly price you see there — a real cost that direct pricing simply doesn't carry. Stay 7 nights or more and a 10% weekly discount applies automatically on top of that, direct-booking only.
The $1,000 refundable deposit
A $1,000 refundable security deposit is collected with the booking and returned within 5 days after checkout, minus any damage. If you cancel before check-in, it's refunded in full.
VIP perks on a week or more
Stays of 7+ nights get the 10% weekly discount automatically, plus free access to add-ons that are normally paid separately — the open-air movie night, the Kids' Package, the Chill Package, grocery pre-stocking, and daily pool heating with a spa-heat window.
