Why booking direct actually saves money
Airbnb bakes its host fee into the nightly price you see there — a real cost that direct pricing simply doesn't carry. Stay 7 nights or more and a 10% weekly discount applies automatically on top of that, direct-booking only.
The $1,000 refundable deposit
A $1,000 refundable security deposit is collected with the booking and returned within 7 days after checkout, minus any damage. If you cancel before check-in, it's refunded in full.
